The Executive Committee of Prefecture of Attica announced the start of the competitive dialogue for the construction of the new MWS/PPP unit in Grammatiko 

EDSNA unanimously approved during Tuesdays’ meeting the Invitation to the second phase of the tender, the competitive dialogue, to the five consortia that have qualified in the first phase.

The purpose of this dialogue is to identify and define the means which can meet the best way to implement the project and the aspect exchange between the Contracting Authority and the consortia qualified on the technical, financial and legal terms of the project.

According to the timetable drawn up, the competitive dialogue will be completed within the first ten days of November.
