Submission of Binding Offers for the PPP project in Serres 

The Ministry of Development announces the beginning of the final phase for the MSW/PPP project of Serres.

The competitive dialogue process is completed and the submission issues of binding offers were dispatched. The deadline for submitting the Binding Offers is on 04.12.2013. Four Greek consortia are participating.

The project involves the construction and management of the local waste treatment plant, for duration of 27 years. Its capacity was initially set to 90.000 tons/year.
