We assist small & medium sized companies (10 – 30 million euro turnover, typical Greek SME segment) in developing robust business plans and financial strategies to restructure their balance sheet and raise new funds.  

We work with management teams to fine tune business plans by developing revenue and margin enhancements, support in the implementation of turnarounds and restructuring plans and arrange capital injections by Greek and international private equity funds. We assist in structuring and compiling realistic business plans, planning and executing private placements and strategic M&A, buy-and-build or consolidation strategies.  

Focus on hands-on project execution

We add value by understanding the business, financial and strategic needs of our customers, through participation in weekly strategy and project follow-up meetings with the client’s management team while preparing reports and analysis in our premises.

Our approach is to support senior management in all stages of strategic project execution from the preparation of corporate presentations and information memoranda to deal structuring, term sheet negotiations, due diligence coordination and closing.

In addition, we may cooperate with seasoned market executives to provide operational support to SME entrepreneurs and management teams, in particular:
