We assist our clients in the identification of equity and industrial partners and arrange equity/debt finance for concession projects in our focus  fields. We prefer to be involved from the early stages of project development to assist in the initial evaluation and proposal preparation.

Sigma cooperates with international experts in PPP and project finance to provide expert advisory services and access to international financial institutions, export credit agencies and investors.

After 2015, the Greek PPP market has been slow, we however saw opportunities in Romania and Serbia focusing on new infrastructure investments. Since 2H 2019 the Greek PPP market has revived with new tenders in student housing and waste processsing being launched.
